Christy has earned a Master's degree in Nutrition from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. In addition, she is a Certified Nutrition Specialist and a licensed Nutritionist in the state of Massachusetts. Christy is passionate about health and wellness, and will take the time to listen to all of your health concerns. Her focus is on wellness for the entire family. Christy specializes in weight loss and management, hormone related issues, pre- and postnatal nutrition, adolescent health and nutrition concerns (acne, weight related concerns, sports nutrition), gastrointestinal health, fatigue related issues (fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome), as well as preventative healthcare practices. As part of a Family Wellness Center in Florence Massachusetts, Christy applies a holistic approach to health and healing through diet and lifestyle modification, nutritional support, and patient education.
