NUTRITIONIST -

My experience includes treatments for hypertension, high cholesterol, and diabetes. My clients also include those with conditions such as gestational diabetes, depression, IBS, celiac and hepatitis, with weight loss comprising approximately 65% of my business. Having 50+ food and supplement plans at my disposal, I prefer to improve a client's diet first by focusing on the removal of offending foods, and, as a next step, I add foods and/or nutrients back into the diet which will help heal the body. I also enjoy working in conjunction with a client's doctor, in an effort to create an holistic as well as safe approach to his or her healthcare.

I recently maintained a successful practice in Farifield, CT, working with three physicians to meet patients' health goals through short term, individualized plans. My business included weight loss groups and various speaking engagements throughout the local community.

I am independently insured, and am a member of the American College of Nutrition. I am also involved with continuing education through Designs for Health and Crayhon Research, two research-based nutrition companies.
