Carol Casalino Nutrition provides one-on-one holistic nutritional counseling to women of all ages and focuses on educating and empowering them to take control of their own health and well-being, not just for today, but for the rest of their lives, too. We specialize in science-based nutritional programs for women’s general wellness, weight management, life cycle health, and medical conditions that often result from diet and lifestyle choices. Our customized nutritional programs address the biochemical individuality of each person, as well as their health issues, lifestyle, and goals, and provide the tools necessary to achieve and maintain their goals, even when sidetracked by life. Carol is a Certified Nutrition Specialist by the American College of Nutrition, holds a Master of Science degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport, a Certified Nutritionist degree from American Health Science University, and is also an Herbalist.
